I received prompt and excellent service on my car from Omar. He is always very courteous and professional. And not to mention very friendly. Are used to have my cars years ago. Serviced at Sierra Honda but no longer. Gowdy Honda takes good care of me.

I was having an issue with my wife’s civic and I wanted to have it checked out immediately, I was worried that it was an issue with the brake system. As soon as I called in Andy made me feel very taken care of, he told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it as soon as they possibly could . I was a walk in with no appointment so of course I understood they could take me right away. I hung out for a bit , Andy kept in touch with me every step of the way with constant updates , it was great . At no point did I ever feel like I was just waiting around . They finally gave me the diagnostic results and it was the brakes that needed to be replaced. Andy gave me a quote and it was a little more that I was prepared to spend . I told him that it was a little out of my budget at the moment and if there were any financing options for the services , and he was very happy to inform me there was an option called Sunbit. It was so easy , they just needed my drivers license to do a pre-approval and I got it! I was so happy , and so was he , they performed the repairs, and I didn’t take much more time at all . This day started off a little stressful but after my visit to Goudy Honda my mind was put at ease . Thanks to Andy and all of the hard working staff in the Service Department ????????
