Wow, Daniel was so friendly and patient with me from the get-go. Service and communication I received from him was above and beyond! People like , Daniel are hard to find these days. Omar was wonderful. However, the technicians did not perform the service check-ups that they stated that they did. They indicated that my battery was in good condition, along with my breaks and all other items.
However, a day after my service, my car began malfunctioning stating issues with the power. The battery ultimately failed, and a technician I had called to assist since I was stranded on the side of the road, mentioned that the battery had been on horrible shape and finally gave out. Naturally I replaced the battery and my car began working without issue. $200+, hours wasted and missed appointment later - I find time to leave this review.
I am utterly disappointed because these technicians put the life of my family at risk. Their negligence will now force me to go get a full inspection elsewhere since I can’t trust that they did anything.

Mike said my oil change would take about 2 hours to complete and he would text me when it’s done. At 4 hours still no update and I had to call the service phone number and the person said my car was done some time ago. Mike needs better communication.
