I have only taken the my civic to two Honda dealerships for the ac repair. The first time not only did they not repair it they also moved a house to leak in to the car. I had to take it back and they moved the house back and offer no solution for the damage they course. Now the second time I took it to a different dealership were the showed me it was just unplugged and that my bumper was installed with zip ties. I trusted Hondas inspection at the time of purchase. I Just realized I was sold salvage car! First dealer did not fix the problem the second one points out the poor repairs of the first, pointed out they used blue tape to repair. So I paid for a diagnostic for them to only plug it back. They gave me a print out of the inspection, however as soon as I drove off my low tire pressure light turned on. I took it back and they showed me my tires are warned out and should be replace… I paid for the diagnostic and they didn’t catch this! I don’t trust that they checked anything. They plugged in the wires they notice and I don’t think they test any other components. I hope this issue is resolve for good because I no longer trust Honda for any repair and will no longer recommend it.

I I do not satify with your arrangement for the fixing of the AC system which does not blow cold. When I talked about the problem with my friends who told me that the recall of Civic 2017 was in December last year, I made a call to schedule an appointment for the fixing. I went to your workshop yesterday at 7:30 a.m.and Daniel approached me for the job. At about 9a.m. I received a call from Daniel telling me that the condenser and compressor of the AC system needed to be replaced. I got the information from him that the job might take about 6 to 7 hours and your technician could finish the job on that day. For this reason, I asked my friend to drop me off at your workshop at 3 p.m. I could only get back my car at 6 p.m. Actually I know that the job for the fixing of AC system typically takes about 4 to 6 hours, but your technician needs almost 8 hours to finish it. When I took back my car, Daniel's attitude was so bad and left my car behind and said "the job has done " .I went into my car and found that the remote control for open the door gate was dropped on the ground of my car in the front of the passenger seat. Actually I put it in the glove compartment and someone had taken it out and dropped it on the passenger seat side. At that time I got angry and told the story to your staff who were leaving for home at that time.
