I have a 2008 Odyssey, I purchased New! It now has 255,000 miles, I take good care of. I got away from dealer service 2 years ago, I felt I was being taken advantage off, I decided to give Gowdey a try, so far so Good! Neil took care of me & understood I’m on a budget & was able to to Al repairs within reason. So far I’m Happy with Neil/Gowdey!

Daniel was the only person that showed me customer service, and explained that I needed brake fluid. I wasn’t explained about cabin air filter being dirty and/or engine air. He explained to me that regarding the recall for master cylinder would take till 5:00 because “we are busy “. And that if I needed a rental to please go to the cashier. I went to the cashier and the young lady explained to me that I needed to make sure to bring in the car tomorrow at 10:00am or there would be extra charge. I agreed and I came back at 10:00 and that’s when I was told that my car wouldn’t be ready!! I went outside to speak to Chris the supervisor and I asked him why did the cashier told me that the rental had to be here at 10:00 so he said let’s go to cashier and I pointed to the young lady that had said that to me and she said no I said we would call you when your car was ready I said no you didn’t!!! So Chris just said bring the car tomorrow anytime and I said that’s not the point It took me 1hr to get here from Diamond Bar due to traffic!! I swished someone would’ve explained that to me yesterday!! All he said I’m sorry but we are very busy today?! And please don’t forget to make sure the car has a full tank of gas?!!! I had a lump removed from my back last week and the surgeon asked me not to drive unless it was necessary!!!! No I didn’t say anything about my surgery to anyone which I didn’t think that would help with the lack of my time wasted!!! To prevent this from happening again I would explain to your customer exactly what the plan is!!!! I am not a satisfied customer at this time….
