The wait was extremely longer than I was told. Wish wasn't necessarily as much issue as knowing that my paperwork was just sitting on the desk without being attended to. The rep said he'd email me when I clearly left my cellphone number with him. The address was wrong too. I have asked to have it updated. If I had not gotten up to go check on the status of my car, I wondered how long I would have to sit. Not good at all. I have been here few times but I was very disappointed yesterday.
