The service advisor that helped me when I brought in my Civic was good, but the tires that were suggested by another service advisor over the phone do not seem to be a good choice as I told the advisor on the phone that I wanted tires that would help to make the Civic have a smoother ride. The tires that were suggested and purchased were Continental with a 50,000 mile warranty, but they he next day when I drove the Civic on the fwy, I feel so many bumps and it now has a harder ride. Now I’m going to try and sell these new tires and go with another brand all together as another dealership told me that these Continental’s will NOT give a smoother ride at all.

There were no issues with my representative.
The cashier at the service center is terrible and accused my husband and I of smoking in the rental vehicle that Honda provided. Next time, before we drove off the lot we will let Honda know that their vehicles smell like smoke. We have an infant child and the smell of smoke even with the AC is terrible.
We have never been though such a terrible experience.
