I have an appointment at 12 and I’m checking in 11.43-48..and he say will be done 1-11/2 hour..ok decent time for me to wait..and on the receipt it say 1.08pm..and he say will call me if the car done..end up no call until 2pm..so I decided call on 2.01pm..and the receptionist telling me Ivan is not on his post..so she hold me again..and finally 10 minute later she say my car is ready..i mean why have to make ur customer wait more than u say it before..and what the meaning make an appointment if the service more than 2 hour..is a same duration without appointment..so I’m very disappointed with the service.. is so unprofessional..bad customer service.!!

This is my 2nd service visit with Saders advisvisement. Sader does a great job keeping me informed on recall issues and listens to my concerns. Because I have less than 3200 miles in the last 8 months, My next oil change is tentatively due in Nov. I'm planning 70 mi drive through Cajon pass to Victorville I asked Sader I wanted all hoses fluids tires to be checked for my peace of mind.My Civic was kept through to the next day, I was also fortunate to get the last available rental. 2023 Passport it was a great vehicle! Though a bit too big for my needs, it was fun driving it! I would like to acknowledge Joy at the cashier's office. CashierJoy was very helpful showing me the rental car's panel operations in that they are a little different from my Civic. I had the recalls on my vehicle addressed it was all a great experience.

I had someone who could drive me home and back to pick up my car on Thursday if the repairs were finished in the early afternoon. I was promised the car Thursday by 2:30 but at 2:30 I was notified the car would not be ready until 5:30 and by then my driver had to leave. I had made the appointment several weeks in advance, and nothing new was discovered that needed to be fixed, so I think that my repair should’ve been completed by the promised time. Everything else went well..

The service rep was very professional and I had no issues with his service. Unfortunately, the problem with the car AC was misdiagnosed in past visits - possibly several times. Last time, the car was returned to me, it was obvious the issue wasn’t fixed almost before I left the lot. Thankfully the repairs have been under warranty, but I can’t justify paying out of pocket to replace the AC evaporator when Goudy has tried and failed to fix the AC on this car so many times. It’s too much financial risk for such a low chance of success.
