Took my car in for a recall. After the service was done, they asked me to wait which took unusually long for them to move to retuen me the car. I asked once to the cashier why it was taking long. And second time i asked i went to ask another clerk why it was taking long which was again told to go to the cashiers office to ask again. A tech came into the cashier room and said that my car needed to be jump started. My car didnt have a problem starting. Shortly after the same service tech which returned my vehicle said that the key broke trying to start it and they were trying to glue it and taping it. I called to see about a replacement, Omar said that it was a matter of principle that I should have said something then and there, and that my key was already brittle and that's why it broke that they're tech has years of experience and that they know better than to just return the car with a broken key. They key was perfectly fine, it seems like they forced it and broke it. Doesn't sound like anyone took responsibility. Not very professional way of handling something even after Omar reached out to one of the techs, which after he asked for a physical description of him, admitted that they broke the key because it was brittle. The only way it would have broken was if it was forced.

I thought my car will be fixed on that day. But there is no parts available at the shop. How come they didn’t check before the day of my scheduled date? And I dropped my car at 7:40, then they called me at 11:30 to pick it up. It takes 3 hours to find out that there is no available parts for my car. That’s ridiculous. It’s been a hustle day for me that day. Make sure next time that there is an available parts before you let the customer comes by. Very frustrating.
