During the service, there was a negative attitude demonstrated by the service provider. Omar tended to use a negative tone when answering concerns from me, the client, in regards to the service that would be done to my car. Additionally, it came across as him assuming I was the one responsible for issues my car had on the back right door prior to having a check done to the car's door. A service provider's communication strategies should be professional and cordial. I did not appreciate his way of communicating with me, and I would not like to have his service again in the future.

When the service adviser called, I told them that my dad the owner of the car can only pick it up Sunday. So, he said he was going to arrange it but unfortunately he didn’t and we wasted about an hour getting to the dealer, my parents missed church because of this. Another thing the dealer didn’t have loaner cars so we had to get a rental, hopefully fidelity warranty reimburses us, since it wasn’t our fault.
