Wilson went above and beyond to get my van fixed as quickly as possible even though parts needed ordering due to the van’s age. He kept me updated and the price for the work was very fair. I will definitely keep buying Honda vehicles exclusively given how good of service I’ve consistently gotten from Goudy over the many years I’ve been a customer.

I dropped my car off to have the puddle lights under the side rear view mirrors checked as they are not working. Once I picked up my vehicle, the remote start does not work, the car does not beep when I lock it with the remote (all settings are so that it does make the sound). When I close the door the car makes a noise as if there’s an error or I left something in the car. When I try to lock it by using the touch sensor on the handle, it does not work. I left with more problems then how I left it. Unbelievable. Now I’ll have to take time out of my day once more and pay another Uber/lyft or spend all day at the dealer.
