When I arrived at Goudy and service representative approached me he questioned my concerned didn’t believe what I was saying. I told him the charging pad didn’t work and he says that it looked like it was working stating that it was just dirty. I told him since I bought it hasn’t worked I bought it back in 2021 and he says was why didn’t I bring it earlier.
I’ve purchased many cars from Goudy and I have came to service department many times never has anyone been rude or treated me like this.
