I brought my car in at 2pm to get an oil change. Daniel Tieu said it would take around 2 hours. I’ve been here plenty of times and know how things go. An hour in I receive a phone call from Daniel saying they’re wrapping up and the only main concern was my front left tire. Mind you he said “THEY’RE ALMOST DONE.” 40 minutes go by and nothing. At this point I’m
Waiting for a text or call. I finally take matter into my own hands and text him asking for an update. He proceeds to tell me your car has been done. At this point I’m livid. I sat and I waited thinking my car was still not done. In that phone call he did not mention anything about it being done. No instructions, no ready text, no nothing. Highly disappointed!

Andys check up offers were tricky and misleading. When i found on the document the total amount of $396, i asked hime the actual check up price, he told me not more than $190 but i paid the bill, he told me to pay the total amount not $190 as he told me. Because of his disnlhonesty, i decided not to purchase any car from alhambra honda even other hondas as well. I hate cheating of any kind...
