He was very through on all the paperwork and pricing for the work needing to be performed on my car. He even took the time to go over what was performed what is still good and what will be expected to be done during next check in for service. Overall very understanding and helpful.

Omar did a great job but the previous time I was at Goudy, your technician remove my engine cover and did not put it back. Now Omar is trying to get me a new cover. Not happy about that low quality of work. Also this is the 3rd time back in 2-3 months with check engine light and finally you found the real problem but cost me a lot of money and time to find the real problem.
