She communicated very well, listened to my concerns, brought solutions and recommendations. She provided excellent customer service, called me to let me know the part had arrived and scheduled my appointment. She was prompt and assisted me once I arrived and delivered the vehicle as promised. She has excellent customer service skills and truly understands the customer.

Chastity is great. Very friendly and honest. Honestly though, offer a simple wash with every service. I personally don't care if it's not dried but it would be nice to have a decent pressure rice to remove any gunk on exterior.

I’m glad to finally get my car back…. It was not ready in two days, as promised, but 4 days…
However, overall Daniel kept his word about cost for repair….with exception of keys… I paid $1863. for the one key ignition system, instead of $1300 for the 2key system…. (My ignition system was the problem)
In the end… I got ONLY 1key with security buttons to operate my car AND 2 keys to make it work without the security buttons to lock the car…..
I NEED A One key system AND a duplicate key of that security system key….
I’m old… I have memory lapse sometimes… ONE ELECTRINIC SECURITY KEY with no duplicate …. I see some possible problems down the road
SOME service people and SOME PERSONNEL ARE HELPFUL… they sent a driver to pick me up, after keeping me on hold for 30 minutes while I listening to them chitchat… it was after 7 pm
