My feedback isnt about Andy, but about your services as a whole. Wanting to charge me $1,500 for an alternator change is CRAZY! An alternator costs $300-$400 tops. Even if a higher end product is ordered, anything over $500 is execessive. So that means $1000 for labor? It does not take more than 1 hour maybe two tops to change it. So thats $500 per hour.
I bought an alternator for less than $300 and got it changed for $150. Oh and a $210 diagnostic fee is also wild. Truly a scam

I was told our Accord has a oil leak but when I asked is it from the front of the motor, left side, right side etc I was told they couldn’t tell, but I feel if you see an oil leak just tell me where you are spotting the oil dripping from the but it’s ok, I took it to another dealership who was able to tell me what area it’s coming from and will continue to check it out for only $110.00 Ivan was good!
