Neil always breaks everything down for and tells it loke it is so I can understand the service to my truck. This time I brought my truck in because the front control arm bushings were starting to crack. He told me that he would submit a work order request for approval since it was covered under my extended warranty. He called me to tell me that the request was approved to include an alignment and would order the ew control arms.Neil kept me updated by letting me know that they were back ordered and wouldn't arrive until two weeks later. I was kind of disappointed by the delay but understood that it was out of his control. Thank you.

Really bad service, I have given you my car to fix about 6 times with the same issue and problem, however, the results I got were “Couldn’t found out the issues.” But the fact that all of the light systems and alarms were flashing and that was super dangerous for me when I was in the freeway, I almost got into a car accident. Today, 6/15, Father’s Day, I thought my family and I can hang out together but I guess it won’t happen. Supper disappointed even though I really like Honda.
