Mr. Orozco provided great customer service and was very attentive to an issue I was describing to him. This issue was fixed and I had my vehicle back in a timely manner. Great experience in this maintenance service largely due to Mr. Orozco’s excellent service.

I did my break 1st time but had to come back due to vibration when I break. So I came back 2nd time and have it check but got a call back later almost end of day saying no part. My car was left at dealer and nothing gets done. So I took my car to dealer again when my part arrived and Rep said it will only take 3hrs which I left my car around at 10am. Should have done at 12pm but I got a call around 1pm and said my car is not done and will be done in couple hours. I ended up getting my car not until around 3pm. So frustrating. If the mechanic should of done it right at first place I would not have to deal like this.
