David has always been helpful but every time we have gone to your location to get something as simple as an oil change, it’s been a negative experience. The last time we went one of your mechanics was so rude. When he asked if we had an appointment I was trying to explain to him I needed to speak with David and he snapped, “yes or no you have one or not!” David helped a bit but then it took 4+ hrs just to do a simple oil change & change the light we had to go back to get fixed like 3 times. Same thing on Friday. I waited 2.+ hrs for my oil change & I went to go ask David if it’s done. Then he told me that they ran out of oil and had to go get more. It was only then that they finally started working on it. Then I waited another 45min. I could’ve gone somewhere else during that time if they had just been honest. I’m done going to your location. Every time has been awful.
