Chastity is first a professional; she is consistently polite, attentive, and respectful. I appreciate her listening skills throughout the entire process of assessing, working on, and – importantly – producing quality results.
On top of all this, Chastity is reasonable in helping us find the best financial solutions. I feel like her objective is truly providing quality customer service. During our last service visit, our car issues took all day and ultimately had to stay overnight, so Chastity arranged for transportation for me to and from home the following day.
