My vehicle was supposed to be ready at 11:30 am or 12:00 pm regarding an oil change. My vehicle was not ready until almost 1:00 pm. If I schedule an appointment at 10:00 am I expect my vehicle to be serviced at that time. That’s why it’s an appointment. A set and allocated time to service my vehicle. I paid significantly amount of money for my vehicle and was offered this service for the oil changes with the extended warranty. I should not have to wait 3 hours for something that can take 30 to 45 minutes to do. I have done this in 30 minutes with my previous Honda vehicle. Goudy Honda needs to do better. A simple apology is not enough. Many customers were waiting for hours to receive their vehicles backs. We had no choice but continue to wait. I was told at 12:00 pm my vehicle was not yet serviced.I already paid for these oil changes, it’s not fair to make me wait for hours for a simple service. If many vehicles came in because of the holiday, Goudy Honda should have communicated that with me as soon as I arrived.
