Please do not falsify results. Service advisor LR dismisses and accepts incorrect reports when confronted. Mail was received urging immediate action due to this. Also, LR immediately tried to upsell on unnecessary items when my purpose of visit was clearly and promptly stated.

I just wish that the service rep that helped make my appointment with should of told me that they could not look at a noise that my driver front tire is making, almost like an axle because since I bought it at Honda of LA I would have to go there since it’s a 50 mile radius and I still have warranty.
