I’ve been very satisfied with Goudy Honda Alhambra service department especially with the gentleman I been I have ask questions and concerns about my vehicle, Daniel Tieu answered all my questions and concerns I really appreciate him for all he done and as well the technician that worked on my vehicle thank you all your personal if they are just like Daniel relax down to earth. I spoke to a few customers that brought in there vehicles for different issue for example recalls and maintenance to there vehicles them as well they where satisfied too. Thank you Goudy. Be seeing you for my next maintenance when I put an additional 20 thousands mile on my Honda.

The service is great. The only thing that I didn’t like is that when we left our car overnight at Gouda Honda my wife and I couldn’t qualify for a ride from the dealer to our house in South Gate and had to take Lyft ride home.

First of all, when I pulled my car into the service department, there was no cars were in line. As nobody came to me, I got out my car and stood in front of one of your representatives who was helping another client. Meanwhile, some people passed by me but nobody acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help. Eventually, this representative asked me if I needed help while he was still assisting another customer. He told me to go back to my car and someone would come to help me.
Finally, another person came and asked me what I needed. I wasn’t sure if he was listening to me as he was not too responsive nor friendly at all.
He got someone else who told me that they would look at my car. At last, David came out and took me to his desk. And he was nice and everything went smoothly from that point.
Another thing is the area of your service department. It is dark, depressing and very confusing. It is also messy setting with a bunch of desks line up in three or four rows just like school.
The actual service was good but initial experience was not too pleasant.
