Although the service issue in still happening, Daniel has provided exceptional customer service during this frustrating time. My frustration is solely with the car itself not Honda or the customer service. I am very greatly to be working with Daniel through this process.Thank you!

When we got there to check in to pick up the car the guy that helped us was so rude. He made us feel as if we did something horrible and felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. For example when he was asking who was the name of the person that checked us in and when we shared that we didn’t know but we informed him that we had the paper that was provided to us and we didn’t know if that could help us locate the name he just told us that it was in the middle right corner and when we were having trouble finding it he made it seem was if we were dumb. Also, my head rest for my passenger side wasn’t even put on the seat. It was just thrown to the back seat. The covers for the seat bolts were not even placed and one of them is missing. I never had any issues with this dealer ship before and Daniel, the person that checked us in was very polite. However, the experience picking the car up and realizing that parts were missing was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Now, I have to waste my time driving back to the dealership and speaking to the manager to recover a part of my car that should have not disappeared.
