Disappointed. July 3 came to Goudy service department for repair for my car and was told the part needed to be ordered and it would take one week. I called today to follow up, only to learn that the order for the part was never submitted. There was no follow-up. Although Ivan said he would check on it and call me back, he did not, he just sent me a text. I thought as a courtesy he could keep his word and call me back. Disappointed in the level of service, or lack of service.
