No one contacted me after my initial drop off on Saturday on the status of my car. I had to physically drive to Goudy to check if my vehicle was ready and was told that Andy was off work on Monday and no one else had thought or been told to contact his customer. This is the second time this exact experience has happened to me at this dealership. I will not be back.
