Not sure if the fist response was received but here it goes again.
David V.’s customer service was greatly appreciated. I loved that he made me feel live a customer not like a number. His attention to my questions and vehicle needs was great and he kept me updated on the service to my vehicle.
I did not know about the sunbit program and his assistance in setting that up was nice. This gives me the confidence to return to Honda. I have venue out to a local mechanic for convenience and this chance has given me the opportunity to compare and learn what I want for me and my vehicle.

3. Honda has the system to track the services done to vehicle and develop a plan to future services needed.
4. It cost more at Honda, but at least I am guaranteed quality parts vs after market, and I can use the sunbit program

I took my car in on Monday for service and It said my battery look good. But on Wednesday my battery die on me so took it to battery shop and has to replace it. If I would of known on day of service I would of replace it. Now I wasted my time.
