Chastity did an excellent job of explaining how the repairs would go and how long they would take, especially explaining how the repair would be covered under my warranty and getting me a loaner car in the meantime. I had no trouble at all understanding the process and she would even give me updates on the car as they were working on it, and the approximate time it would be ready. I would definitely choose her to help me with any future repairs or all inquiries.
