They fixed the brake pad that seized up, but I now have an even louder knocking noise when I brake. I need to bring it back again ASAP to have that fixed. I am happy with how friendly and helpful Randy has been. I am not happy about having to bring my car in for the fourth time Within the first week of owning the car!
First, I had to bring it back to have a large spot on the roof removed that the detailed missed. Second, I had to come in to retrieve the cup holder insert that was removed and not replaced during detailing. Third, I had to have the brakes fixed because one of the brake pads and seized up and was loud. And now, I am facing a fourth trip in to have the brakes serviced again. The loud knocking sound started as I left the dealership from the brakes being serviced. I couldn’t bring it right back, because I had to get home to get the kids off of the bus.
This lack of attention to detail has been frustrating to me and has been time consuming. I just want the brakes fixed properly. At this point, maybe it is time to just replace the rotors and brake pads. Whatever was done didn’t work, and I don’t want more return visits for the same issue.

Disappointed that there wasn't better communication between departments. I called to say we had a flat, and to ask how our tire coverage applied. I called a second time to say Honda roadside assistance had put on our spare, and could my husband bring it in. We weren't told we needed an appointment, and it took forever to work him in. He said he was pleased with the service he eventually received. I do NOT have confidence in a tire with 3 plugs, and would never pay $595 for this plan again!
