Only because I was directed to the wrong place when I called to make the appointment and no one returned my call after I left a message I had to call back. Other than that they were able to get me in right away and was finished around the time they told me. Service person did not pay attention when i described issues, had troube writing them all in service request. Relayed only basic info from diagnosing mechanic- lots lost in translation. Did not followup when car getying closed to finish to coordinate shuttle. Simple repairs took all day. Very short when dealing w customers. Feel like i paid for things i didn't need. The issues i had are still occuring so it wasn't fix and the quality of me steering is worse. Not happy with service or work.
