I never in my life have seen my car as dirty inside as it was when I picked it up today. The outside was washed, but the inside was absolutely disgusting. The floor mats looked like someone smeared clay on them and just wiped it with water and left a white clay like film. There was so much dust from them sanding the paint off all over everything in my car, and in the vents. The windows were so gross with hand prints all over them, including the front window. There were spots where you could see someone had touched with their fingerprints that were wet and left dirty clay like hand and fingerprints everywhere. There were black spots on my seats and door fabric that I had to scrub out with carpet cleaner to get them off. Literally no one cleaned up the inside of my car afterwards at all. I have never had my car as dirty as it was today in the 7 years I have owned it. I literally starting balling crying when I left because of how gross my car looked. I can’t believe that the place that did my paint would leave it like that, let alone your dealership employees too. Not one person that was in my car seemed to think, “hmm maybe this is super dirty and it should be cleaned up?” You guys took the time to wash the car but not to clean out the inside which was probably even worse than the outside. I don’t think I will ever be back to this dealership because of this situation. I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and I am appalled at how the disrespect of someone else’s car and guest service could be so low.

Didn’t get my sticker changed with my next oil change mileage. Also waited over an hour and a half. Everyone was super helpful and kind at the dealer, but didn’t notice the sticker until I had left and was just disappointed.
