Dwain as always is the definition of perfect customer service! I was coming in for an oil change and tire rotation. As I was almost at 5k miles, he recommended the 5k maintenance package, which is what I had done. It was done very quickly,(thank you service department!). We had discussed that Serra closed at 5 when I left my car there appt. However, my ride back to Serra was running late. Dwain called me a little before 5. I told him I was down the street. He was very kind even though I was 8 min late picking up my car. I appreciate Dwain more every time I work with him! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind.

Cami is super nice and I have no problem with her. After about two hours of waiting for my oil change, tire installation, and alignment. I figured I should check in. After my car was checked on I was told another half hour. In total I sat in the waiting room for a little under three hours. I never would have expected to miss my some of my evening plans for this. Everything seems good with my car, just super irritated with the lengthy scheduled appointment.
