Came in to get a new key. Very glad it was in stock and easily changed. Drained helped us and did a fast, quick job. As we checked out-- we did feel sorry gor him as he had to look right into the sun. I ended up standing in a position that blocked the sun for him while he finished checking us out. Could be fixable very easily with tinted glass. Thanks

It took over two hours to switch from summer tires to winter tires that were already mounted on wheels. I was told it would take an hour or 1 1/2 hours at worst.
I was informed the car was done at the 50 min mark. When I came to pick up the car I was then told that it wasn’t done. It took another hour and 20 minutes to complete.
Tiffany was polite and handled the situation appropriately. She offered a free oil change for the trouble (although I care about my time way more than the cost of an oil change). I can’t say much about the technician. Not sure it should ever take over two hours to swap 4 already mounted tires even with calibrating the TPMS.
