I will say that hands down, Cale is the best employee you have in your dealership’s service department. I came in for a warranty issue. Phil was extremely friendly and explained what needed to be completed and by the end of the dah Phil called me and I picked up my car. When I arrived to pick up my car Phil explained in detail what was fixed and the service dept. also checked my tires, fluid, and a few other things. I really appreciated the extra effort by SERRA and Phil.
