Nothing personal against Cam but it felt like Serra was pushing a package deal of oil change + differential fluid change + fuel additive + wiper blade change out for $260. I had to ask for a break down. No were in the owners manual is a fuel additive recommended , only to use tier one gasoline. Regarding changing the differential fluid Cam could have offered DIY advice. At least the parts department was forthright with me. P. S. - Sad to see no female service managers.
