Very knowledgeable! Made me feel very comfortable about not knowing how things work. Driving into a building was a little awkward for me. He also showed me how to pump my seat down so my tall boyfriend can use my car too. I think I will use Honda for oil changes beyond my two free ones. $59 is really affordable and I get the comfort that you guys know Hondas and will take good care of my car!
