The vehicle fix was well done. The lack of communication was poorly. The vehicle spent all day in the shop and no offers of a loaner vehicle was made. I was originally informed the vehicle would be done at the end of the day and I waited all day in Grand Rapids. At 5:05pm, I was informed my vehicle will be done by 7-8. The next morning, the car was not done until 9am. The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. My vehicle still experiencing issues with the transmission and the team doesn’t appear to take my issue seriously as they mentioned they can’t fix it and Honda has not responded to their claims ( weeks ago).
