I brought my car in and ended up having nothing done. I drove them in my own car and somehow ended up being charged 100$ for absolutely nothing being done. I wasn’t even told I was signing for a 100$ fee. I was simply told sign here when about to wait for the shuttle van so in my mind I was signing for the shuttle to come drive me 2 minutes down the road.

Give a customer time to gather their things or ask do you need a minute or to gather your things before you give them the key to the car.
Its ok to ask questions to the service provider or share what your warranty covers to make sure parts and labor are covered isn't it?
