When I got home and reviewed my paperwork from my service appointment I was impressed. Drew is one of the few service writers I have ever had that articulated in great detail exactly what I wanted to have conveyed to the technicians who would be working on my car. I’m a fussy ( and sometimes annoying) perfectionist and I was 100% please with my visit. Everyone I came into contact with was pleasant and competent. Thanks again to Drew and the techs!

Dwain was polite and professional! He explained what was wrong with my Honda and i was able to have my vehicle back the same day. I had a concern about some damage to my exhaust which he explained would be about $2000 to repair and wouldnt improve vehicle performance. Needless to say we decided against that. Thank you!
