I don’t believe the tires got rotated during our recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation. The reason I say this is because we recently had to replace the right rear tire due a non-repairable puncture and the tread pattern is slightly different on that tire and that tire is still on the right rear. Possibly you can confirm if the rotation happened or not.

I’ve had to bring my vehicle back 5-6 times in the last 10 months. I have a mirror that had been acting up. Mentioned it back in the summer and they never looked at it and thought about fixing it. I’m not a fan of most of the service managers as they’re not transparent!!!
