The technician didn't replace 2 bolts when replacing the metal shield over oil filter area. It caught wind and dragged under the car. I took the car to a reputable mechanic who put it up on a hoist. He saw 2 bolts missing and took 1 bolt from the other side of shield to hold it back up. Showed me how chewed up the shield was from scrapping on the road for several miles. I called service manager when I got home. He is ordering a new shield. I am going to have future oil changes done elsewhere.
