When I had my oil changed prior to our recent service, I noted the odometer was 20miles more than when I dropped it off earlier. I called and talked to someone about it and just wanted to make sure that didn’t happen to anyone else.
We just brought in the Pilot for routine maintenance again and noted our front left tire was low, with a nail in it that needed patching. They said “No problem we will patch it.”
When we picked it up, the tire wasn’t patched and nothing was noted. Our tire still had low pressure too. How can you say you do a thorough inspection and rotate the tires when something this big was missed. Even though we mentioned it.
I’m just disappointed that I’ve had 2 problems in a row at this location. The employees are super nice but I just wish I felt like I could trust them with my car more.
