While discussing my concerns Timothy frequently shrugged his shoulders and when I told him how dirty my air filter was after Mt last service he just told me if it was dirty they would have told me so I asked him to check the records from last time and sure enough replacing it wasn't recommended he first response was "see it was clean". It's hard talking to someone who interacts with people who are trying to explain their issues they are experiencing when the person your trying to talk to just shrugs it off. I wouldn't have even brought up the engine air filter too him or anyone if he hadn't been so standoffish about everything I tried talking to him about. I'm sure he's a decent e ough guy but for whatever reason he prejudged and it was clear he wasn't planning on listening to me or having a conversation about what I came in for. I've only lived in the this area a couple years and I've bought 2 vehicles from you guys and have had nothing but good experiences thereafter besides this time and I want say the service itself was great as always and Chad I believe his name is was very professional and presented the findings that day as they where at the time of service. I'm referrering to a nuisance intermittent problem I'm having with my head lights but as a hvac service tech myself for the past 25 years I completely get that but I'm also concerned with how I can help pinpoint this issue I'm experiencing while the vehicle is still under warranty because I don't want to spend $1300 on headlights amd I just felt all Timothy's shoulder shrugging.did was make me wish I bought the vehicle somewhere else because dealing with an intermittent hard to pinpoint issue is hard enough without your service provider making you feel stupid about it.

Always a great experience from Dwain Scheller and Serra Honda of Grandville. Went in for an oil change, and was in and out in about a half hour. Great job.
