Dwain is honestly the best service advisor I have worked with. He responds timely with phone calls, emails, etc. I can’t say enough about him!! I purchased my Honda in Indiana but now live in Michigan and have been getting my car serviced at this dealership with Dwain since 2018. My neighbor recommended him and I’ve been working with him since then! I appreciate working with him so much that I ring my daughter’s car here and it is not even a Honda.

I was very disappointed that I still had to pay a deductible with the pro lem being the battery. I know the dash was flashing several issues but my complaint in the first place was the battery. It is very disconcerting that I paid near $300 for a new battery. I will be honest, I will likely be looking for different place to service my CRV.

8am scheduled service. Took over 4 hours for mounting 4 tires & alignment.
Was called at 8am and told it would be ready by 10. Showed up at 11 to be told it would still be another hour.
Asked if I was interested in a service 5,000 miles before it was due as part of a major overhaul.
Been coming here for 8 years; worst service and communication since I’ve been coming here. Appreciate a $15 discount, but a mess all around.
