Per my complaint, service did not duplicate the method I described. When backing in my garage, right rear brake is grinding. The tech took my car out on the highway to test and reported no noise as per Cale Bemke, that he notes on my recipient. The complaint was before painting of the calipers, which was ok to do per my call to your dealership. The tech said I needed to take the beak pads off to clean the mating surface between the caliper and break pad. The brakes were painted on the car and were not disassembled, so the mating surface between the break pad and caliper are oem with no paint. Again the scenario I shared with Cale was not duplicated. I don't hear grinding of my right rear break in normal driving, only when backing up in my garage and/or backing into a parking space, as I stated earlier, with the permission of Serra Honda that painting my calipers would not void my warranty. Maybe we should bring the car into the reviewing bay, so I can duplicate the scenario of backing up in my garage?
