Overall great, but to say completely satisfied would be... untrue. In some part, a vehicle that had been assessed in pre-sale less than 200 miles prior with "acceptable" brake condition, needing at the least front replacement is a bit of a miss for me. Second a securing clip for a wire harness being broken off happens, however not replacing it is another matter. However some positives to clean from the situation would regard the service managers ability to keep me in the loop on my service, the willingness to work with modified components, and the speed of work and scheduling. This experience was not without some minor faults however, I will continue to entrust my service to Serra Honda Grandville going forward.

Please give Cam all the prizes! He was outstanding in helping me with my car yesterday. I had purchased my car at Crown last week, and had issues with a seat as well as the tires. I chose to bring it to Serra because Crown couldn’t get me in for three weeks. Cam was able to sell me a new set of tires as well to hopefully quiet my 2022 CRV EXL. He also found out that the drivers seat frame was broken and found out that the warranty would cover it after he wasn’t sure he would. Just know because of your excellent service and his support and encouragement you’ve gained a customer for as long as I have this Honda and probably beyond.
