A week ago I scheduled a recall appt with the serive Mgr for today at 10 am. He said it would take 2-3 hours.
I showed up and was told I wasn't on the schedule, but they would work me in. And it could take 4 hours! Not what I had been informed when scheduling.
Service was finished in just under 3 hrs.
I went to get my car, but it was locked. They forgot to give me the key.
The entire event simply did not run as smooth as it should.
