Most of the service visit was good. People were friendly. But to wait 7.5 hours to replace an air condenser was way too long. When I dropped off at 830am, I was told it would take 3-4 hours or about half the day. If it really does take all day, then tell that up front and I would have left the car. If it doesn't, an apology would have been nice and an explanation that someone was new or overwhelmed. I doubt I'll bring the car back with these service times. Devin was great, but this just took way too long.
