I brought in my car for transmission flush and oil change. I was told that my left front axle boot was cracked and recommended replacing. I just had my front axle replaced by Serra Honda Grandville a few months ago. He did not even know that the axle boot was part of axle. Then I was told that this was not covered under the warranty for the recent service and was not given a price for the repair. The explanation also was very lacking and I can’t imagine coming back to this location and will probably not buy a Honda for my next vehicle.
