I also want to acknowledge the helplessness of the kind woman( Dwain introduced me to her) who answered the phone when I called to get directions because there were too many places that were blocked. She stayed on the phone with me and guided me to your facility. I really appreciated her help because I couldn’t go the way I knew to go. I hope both Dwain and the kind woman will be acknowledged. They deserve it!
