Made and appointment which included having our sound system looked at and drove from Muskegon only to be told there were no techs available to do so until later afternoon. Our appointment was at 9. If someone would have called we could have rescheduled instead of driving 40 minutes each way. We’ve attempted to have this looked at 3 times now.
