My sliding back window was slipping on and off track and was told it just needed to be lubed and on my way home it went off track again so I drove back to dealership and showed technician the problem and was told that he he to take it apart and find the problem so I have to come back again to get it fixed correctly 100 miles round trip I really don’t think really he checked out slider thoroughly and lights on my running boards have to get replaced often! No very happy with with this last service I spending time gas and miles I shouldn’t have to ! This is my second ridgeline and I love these trucks but really not happy with service ! I feel I should be compensated some and would like a different technician to work on my truck when I bring it back in.
