I was told the recall part was available so I brought in my vehicle only to be told 2hours later that they didnt have the part and I would have to reschedule once the part is received. I didn’t appreciate the fact that when recalls are to be completed the part should be available so Customers do not waste their valuable time. I had to take time off work made my wife pick up me up and then get a call when my wife picked me that the part is not available. I was so upset. Wasted time
