Eric made an effort to ensure that that he kept providing providing me updates and making himself seen and available while my car was being worked on he looked at my vehicle history to let me know if there were things upcoming that I should be aware of and When the service was taking longer than expected and I told him I needed leave forat an appointment accross town he make surehe made sure The service on my vehicle was completed before 5 PM so that I could make it in time to my appointment On time. He treats me as if I am a very important customer and customer and he is a reason why I continue Driving from Santa Clarita to Cerritos because of the excellence in his customer service I would recommend him highly.
