I have come in to Nissan three times since they misplaced a panel/component while repairing my air conditioner. The first time, they told me they needed to order the correct part and would do so, the second time, I was told they ordered the wrong part. The third time I was told AGAIN, the wrong part was ordered and would be reordered and I would be contacted. This was two weeks ago and I am still waiting to hear back and this is not the first time this dealer has messed up or lost something in my car. Extremely dissatisfied. The only saving grace is that the staff is kind.

Carlos is the best. He demonstrated exceptional customer service. Months ago he informed me about my upcoming maintenance and gave an idea what it would cost. I appreciated his recommendation and trusted his expertise. I scheduled last minute on a Friday and was able to schedule the next day in the morning at 9:00. The Service staff are consistently friendly and professional, however I feel Carlos exceeded expectations this time. He was transparent of how long the service would take and I made myself comfortable to work off my laptop for the next few hours. I felt relaxed and at ease that my Altima was getting the best service. The sales men on the floor were also informative about electric vehicles on the lot either pre owned or new. I am in the market to trade in my vehicle next spring so I appreciate their time in answering my questions. Thanks again!!
